His Plan and purpose.

Its funny how reading one's bible can reveal soo many inspirational quotes, despite the number of years that has been invested in me through the many many bible teachers that i've had, the many devotions undergone, prayer meetings, cell meetings etc there's always a verse that jus jumps out and screams out.
Yes i do realise this is the first time i have written bout a verse in the bible. But i jus felt soo inspired by this simple verse that i had to share it :D
Isaiah 55:8 " For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are our ways my ways." Declares the lord.
How many times in the past have we wondered why theres soo much crap happening in our lives, why did i jus fail that test, why did she dump me, why did i jus do that, etc... but i believe with all my heart that nothing ever happens for no reason. God loves us and will never put us in situations that will harm us or leave us in temptation that we cannot bear. Everything he does is to help us grow into the being that he wants us to be. Which is why i felt that verse was applicable to me. As how we expect things to go, is not necessarily how God planned it to go.
Like the bible talks about Faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains, but what about the opposite? what can doubt d size of a mustard seed grow into? think about it? theres always two sides to every story right? Thus we should always be careful with our thoughts and actions, as every gap we leave open, satan will sink his claws and wedge that sucker open.
So when your feeling down remember that God has you in that situation for a reason. The reason may not be obvious but like Isaiah says, our thoughts are not his. But soon the reason will be revealed to us in his time.
